Why should actors, politicians and sports stars have film Biographies... and not our parents?
They have had the life worth living!
I know myself that buying presents for Parents or Grandparents can be a problematic.  What do you buy those members of the family who seemingly have everything… then I had that eureka moment!   You see, throughout my life and television background I have been engaged in interviewing business people, politicians, actor’s and sports stars and I have witnessed time and again the sheer look of satisfaction on peoples faces, when they tell someone their life story, the struggle against adversity or the veritable rags to riches story.  I asked myself, who ever set the boundary that only the famous told their biographies of a world and life worth living. 

I truly believe there is beauty and greatness everywhere, a rich tapestry of tales from the father who worked his fingers to the bone to sustain his family, to the individual who built the foundations of what we enjoy as a family today.  And, let us not forget our mothers, who in the background, sometimes selflessly put her husband, children or family first, before the needs of her own.
